Dark Minute Media provides independent sports journalism, real-time recruiting updates, player performance analysis, and multimedia entertainment. The "Dark Minute Media" brand, including all original articles, bespoke graphics, video productions, and the source code for the Buff Nation Arcade, is the exclusive intellectual property of Dark Minute Media and its founder, Richard Johnson.

  • Unauthorized scraping, republication, or distribution of our proprietary recruiting intel is strictly prohibited.
  • Fair use for commentary or social media sharing is permitted provided that direct attribution and a functional link to the source are included.

4. User Conduct & Arcade Governance

Users are expected to interact with the platform with integrity. Prohibited actions include:

  • Attempting to bypass security protocols or manipulate high scores in the Arcade.
  • Using automated scripts (bots) to harvest data from player profiles.
  • Engaging in harassment or toxic behavior within community-linked platforms.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as YouTube and X (formerly Twitter). Your engagement with these features is also subject to the respective terms and conditions of those external providers. Dark Minute Media is not liable for the content or technical reliability of third-party domains.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Minute Media shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on the sports analysis provided herein. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or the absolute accuracy of recruiting rumors.
